I took a look at the installation instructions for both the Curt # C12343 hitch and the Draw-Tite # 36416 hitch to see if any fascia would need to be trimmed, and the Curt mentions that it may require fascia trimming.
However, the Draw-Tite # 36416 will not, as you can see in the installation video I've linked showing the Draw-Tite being installed on a 2008 ES 350, which will be the same as on your '07 model. view full answer...
At this time the only hitch we have available for the 2011 Lexus ES350, is the Curt Class II Receiver Hitch, item # 12343. Minor trimming of the underbody trim panel is required, but will not be visible once the hitch is installed unless viewed from the underside of the vehicle.

If you had a ThuleOutWay 2 Bike Carrier # TH45JV and the trunk and the bike rack were clean you would not see any scratches on the paint of your 2011 Lexus ES350. Wiping down the trunk is recommended just as a precaution so that the vehicles will be less likely to get scratched.

You sure can remove some of the components on the Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Rack, part # S64670.
If you only wish to carry 1 bike on the carrier, you can just install the components to be able to carry one bike. When first assembling the carrier you can just install one of the hooks on the upright mast, and then only install 2 of the wheel holder trays. I recommend installing the parts on the inside of the upright mast so you keep the weight closer to the receiver tube on your hitch.... view full answer...
Sure thing! The Ultra-Fab Deluxe landing gear, part # UF17-943010, wiring is actually pretty straightforward once you know which wire is which by color. The switches and the motors both have red and black wires. Those need to be connected to each other matching the colors. Then the white wires from the switches go to the positive battery post through the fuse holder and the green wires need to be grounded to a good ground location or the negative battery post.

For the 2016 Lexus ES 350 I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 36530 for a few reasons. First, it is a Class II hitch which means you are not limited to carrying just 2 bikes like you would with Curt hitch # C11362. And second if you did use the Curt hitch then Curt requires the use of stabilization strap # 18050 when using the hitch for anything other than a trailer. Draw-Tite does not have that requirement.

The Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4412B only weighs 22-1/2 lbs so it will be very easy to take on and off the vehicle. In order to do this you simply need to unscrew the anti-rattle hitch bolt from the shank and trailer hitch. Then, the bike rack can be put up for storage.
